Our deliveries are carried out between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm, and for added convenience, most of our couriers offer a specific time slot for your delivery on the day in question. This allows you to plan ahead and ensure someone is available to receive the package.
At Terra, we offer flexible delivery options that take into account the size and weight of your order, resulting in delivery prices that are tailored to your needs. While a fixed shipping charge of €10 is generally applied to orders under €100 during the checkout process, orders that exceed €100 are eligible for free shipping.
It’s important to note that orders that contain larger items or multiple quantities of larger items may incur an additional charge, but the final delivery charge will always be made visible at the checkout, so there are no unexpected costs or surprises.

A: For Order cancellations, a cancellation email must be recieved by the Terracomputer.ie Sales team before 4 pm if the order was placed between 9 AM and 2pm on the same day, or before 11am the following day if the order was placed after 5pm.
