Delivery Time Frames

Delivery time frame is between 3-5 working days for items that are in local stock. Local stock refers to the products that are currently available in our warehouse, which can be dispatched immediately once an order is placed.

Delivery time frame is between 5-7 working days for items that are in supplier stock. Supplier stock refers to the products that we do not currently have in our warehouse but are available from our trusted suppliers. We will source the item from our supplier, and once it arrives, we will dispatch it to you.

Local Stock vs Supplier Stock

Local stock refers to the products that are currently available in our warehouse, which can be dispatched immediately once an order is placed. Supplier stock, on the other hand, refers to the products that we do not currently have in our warehouse but are available from our trusted suppliers. We will source the item from our supplier, and once it arrives, we will dispatch it to you.

Estimated Delivery Date Range

The estimated delivery date range is shown on our product page, so you know when to expect your item. However, please note that our estimated delivery date range is subject to change by factors out of our control, such as supplier shipping or delivery company delays.

Order Confirmation and Delivery Updates

Customers will receive an order confirmation email when the order is received, and another email from the Delivery courier when their order is on its way. This will keep you updated on the progress of your delivery, so you can plan accordingly.
