Delivery Times
We strive to ensure that customers receive their items as quickly as possible. Locally held stock allows for immediate shipping, while we work hard to minimise extra times incured by the shipment of supplier help stock items.
Local Stock
Locally held inventory are items that are in-stock in our facility and are available for immediate shipping. Generally, these items have a delivery time of 2-4 working days if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday.
Supplier Stock
Supplier held stock is not locally held inventory, and therefore is not readily available for immediate shipping. These items generally have a delivery time of 5-7 working days if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday.
